2. Features that depend on the Game

GameAccountOnline features
Teen Patti Offline – Classic 3 Patti Card GameGuest account onlySingle player against computer players. Online only for leaderboards, cloud backup, ads, purchases and remote settings. No chat or multiplayer.

When we release a new Game or add features such as sign-in, multiplayer or chat, we will update this table and this policy before those features go live.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the Games: create your account, save and restore progress, and run game features.
  • To run online features: leaderboards, multiplayer matches, chat, friends and tournaments, where a Game offers them.
  • To process purchases and deliver virtual items, and to prevent purchase fraud.
  • To show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, and to limit how often you see them.
  • To keep play fair and safe: detect cheating, collusion, bots and abuse, moderate content, and enforce our Terms of Use.
  • To understand how the Games are used, fix crashes and improve features and balance.
  • To change settings remotely (for example reward amounts or ad frequency) without an app update.
  • To respond to support requests and send important service messages.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Legal bases

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or in the EEA/UK under the GDPR), we rely on: your consent (for example, for personalized ads and some analytics, which you can withdraw at any time); performing our contract with you (providing the Games); our legitimate interests (keeping the Services secure, fair and working well); and our legal obligations.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the Services. They process information for us or under their own privacy policies:

  • Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies) – accounts, cloud save, leaderboards, remote settings and analytics. Unity Privacy Policy
  • Google AdMob (Google LLC) – advertising. Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses information from apps that use its services
  • Google Play (Google LLC) – app distribution, payments and, where offered, Google sign-in.
  • Hosting and server providers (for example Amazon Web Services) – hosting our website and, where a Game has online multiplayer, our game servers.

If we add a new provider for a new Game or feature, we will list it here.

6. Advertising and your choices

  • Our Games show banner, full-screen (interstitial) and rewarded ads. Ads may be personalized using your Advertising ID and activity, where permitted.
  • Where consent is required (such as in the EEA, UK or Switzerland), the Game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice later in the Game's Settings.
  • On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (usually Settings → Google → Ads).
  • If you buy "Remove Ads" where offered, banner and full-screen ads stop; optional rewarded ads stay available.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with the service providers listed above, to run the Services;
  • with other players, as part of the Games: your display name, avatar, level and scores on leaderboards, and, in multiplayer Games, your play, chat messages and gifts at the table;
  • when required by law or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our players, the Services or others;
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to protect your information.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website and any browser versions of our Games may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, save settings and progress, measure use and show ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking them may stop some features from working.

9. Data retention

  • We keep account and game data while you use the Games. If an account is inactive for 24 months, we may delete it.
  • Chat messages in multiplayer Games are kept for a limited time for moderation and safety, normally up to 90 days, unless needed longer for an investigation.
  • When you ask us to delete your data, we do so within 30 days, except limited records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.
  • Our service providers keep data according to their own policies.

10. Your rights and data deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, to object to or restrict some processing, to data portability, and to nominate someone to act for you. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To delete your data, use the option in the Game's Settings or follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. For any other request, email support@casinocard.app with your Player ID (shown in the Game's Profile). We may ask you to confirm the request from the Game to protect your account.

Guest accounts are stored on your device. Uninstalling a Game or clearing its data may cause you to lose your progress.

11. Age restriction

Our Services are only for adults aged 18 or over and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used our Services, contact us and we will delete the related information.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between the Games, our servers and our providers, and access controls. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities where the law requires.

13. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we release new Games or features such as sign-in, multiplayer or chat. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for important changes, tell you in the Game.
